Book your stay in our vintage-modern vacation rental in downtown Sumner, Iowa. This locally owned studio has what you need to enjoy a relaxing trip to Sumner. 

The large open floor plan has two queen size beds and a full size futon couch to comfortably sleep 5-6 people.  You'll enjoy a modern bathroom with a beautiful tile shower and all the amenities you need. 

Stream your favorite shows on the 52" television and included Wifi.  Each guest will be able to use The Body Station gym at no extra charge. 

Studio Off Main is right next to the movie theater and is right in the middle of many downtown businesses and shopping.

Please note that this is a classic short term "rental with extras". A microwave and Keurig coffee maker are available to you. A breakfast blend coffee will be provided along with a reusable Kcup for whatever coffee you would like to bring with you.

Parking:

There is one designated parking spot available for you.  Please park in the marked spot for Studio On Main.  Our upstairs tenants and next door business owners would appreciate it.   Any additional vehicles may be parked in the spaces on the west side of the theater or on a nearby side street.  Do not park in front of, beside, or behind the post office.  Ever.  Please.  Just don't do it.  We know it's tempting.
